She was wonderful! I’m a 56 year old woman with some IT band issues. She explained how my posture was contributing to my issue & gave great insight. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed. I’m a “snow bird” and was seeing a massage therapist every 2 weeks at home. So happy I found her. Already booked my next appointment.
I had the most wonderful prenatal massage experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely cared for and at ease. The massage itself was exactly what my body needed. I walked out feeling more aligned, lighter, and honestly like I was standing straighter with so much relief in my spine and back.
