I would recommend this place to anyone. Mr Marvin takes the time to help you understand the process,what to expect, and how to go about dealing with the IRS. He's very informative and always picks up the phone when you call. I've sent my family and friends and they are all satisfied customers just as I was thanks Zoom and Mr Marvin. Very professional
Soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile, offered a bottle of water and serviced with pure professionalism. My tax preparer didn’t rush me and did a thorough job maximizing my returns. Even asked if I needed a ride home because I was walking and it had started raining. They treated me just like family. They’ll most definitely see me next year!! Thanks again guys…
My tax preparer ensured me everything would be handled smoothly and efficient as possible, and it was!! Extremely professional and patient.
