Im happy with my choice. The owner is very down to earth and pleasant. What got me is that its not crowded. I needed a gym for weightlifting that was beginner friendly and this is it. Also, it's not over crowded so you don't have to get embarrassed if you mess up or don't have the right form yet. Not to mention, unlike most gyms it's easy to find available equipmentment to use. I do most of my cardio walking and jogging outdoors since I like fresh air and enjoy nature but there's plenty of treadmills that I can use if I'm pressed for time.
We have been to All the “big Gyms” but this gym by far is the best. Greg, the guy who runs it is absolutely awesome. The people who attend the gym are also very nice. No awkwardness of busier gyms. You have all the equipment you need too. The classes seem great, although I haven’t attended yet but they are free to members. I would give more stars if possible
Excellent gym! They offer classes, personal training and you can participate in fun weightloss challenges. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great equipment and is 24hours. All around great place.
