I had a very pleasant experience today. Everybody was excellent and very helpful. I was actually very surprised bc I didn't have a very good experience at the Lakeland branch last time I went. I'm glad I decided to give them a second chance!
I was impressed with the ethic work and kindness of Debby!!!. I was there yesterday May 9,2016 and she was very helpful and kind I believe that she is new in this office because I been going to this office for more than 3 years and this is the first time that I felt comfortable and appreciated. Thank you, Debby and keep the good work.
