We have used Citrus Air since moving to the area in 2016. We just had a service and it was finally time to bite the bullet and buy a new system. We were serviced on Friday and the system put in on the following Monday. The filter we purchased had to be custom built so a week later they came out to install that. From start to finish, everyone we have dealt with has been courteous and professional. The tech even offered to vacuum and mop the area where they worked! They explain what they are doing and are happy to answer questions. The owner called prior to the install to make sure we understood everything. Top notch service from a top notch company!
