From the first phone call to the completed jobs Joe was very professional, great communication, and his customer service was excellent. Which is hard to find these days. I had a number of jobs to be done around my home, he offered suggestions as to how to tackle them the best, making sure it was not only done correctly but to my liking. Would definitely hire him again

I had nothing but professional service from Joe Adkins with Star and Shield. I was in a bind and even with his extremely busy schedule, he made time for me. I will not use another inspection company other than Star and Shield. These guys cannot be beaten and are very affordable.
