They are so detail oriented and solved every single issue that we thought had been taken care of with Three other companies! When they came to give an estimate they went room to room and went up into the attic. We had at least 7 other companies come out and out of 7 only 2 went to look at the ductwork one being Mrs. Busy Bee air conditioning and heating LLC.
When Hilda came back down from the attic she explained everything she saw with time stamped photos.

Hilda is always fantastic! She takes time to make sure everything is in working order when she's done, explains the issue in an easy-to-understand way, and we're always happy to see her when we have AC issues.
Busy Bee never tries to upsell us with a new system, and they are quick to get warranty replacement parts for our system.
We hope to keep this system running for many more years, but will not hesitate to replace when she say it's finally time for one.
