If I could give Jonathan at Sunshine Inspections 10 stars, I would. During one of the most stressful parts of our home-buying journey, Jonathan noticed several serious red flags and refused to let them be overlooked. While he could not officially confirm his suspicions of CHINESE DRYWALL himself, as only specialists can make that determination, he strongly encouraged us to investigate further because he genuinely cared about our family’s safety and future.

Called Sunshine Inspections in the afternoon for a manufactured home. Norma answered the phone, answered all of our questions about level of inspection we needed and set up inspection for 9am the next day. They were onsite before 9am. A 29 page report was received the afternoon of the inspection. The report was very complete with clear pictures of found issues large or small with important items in red. We followed up with questions and Jimmie and Jonathan answered all of them. This is a family owned business and they are good people! We highly recommend them for any inspection needs.
