Jimmie Fuller was our person. He was prompt on arrival and went through the home with the present owners. He looked at everything. He reviewed his findings with John on the phone as well as a detailed report. Because of his excellent work we decided to go ahead and purchase the home. He answered all our questions and the recommendations he suggested we will definately complete. I would highly recommend him and Sunshine Inspections, Inc.

I have used Sunshine inspections twice and they are by far the most thorough company out there...My one recommendation to anyone buying in the Sebring area is get a complete inspection (4 point, full home and termite), down here there are termites every where and with the storms the damage that is unseen can cost thousands of dollars. My first home Sunshine inspected they found major termite damage, the joists were so soft they crushed in your fingers, I passed on this house in Tanglewood and obviously the new owners did not get a termite inspections.
