I have to say I was very disappointed in my experience with hot Florida. They may be good with tenants, however I was the landlady and felt that I was mislead regarding some of the items in the house I was told the new tenant did not want a large flat screen tv and an entire bedroom set left in the house I said that they could donate it to goodwill or habitat for humanity. When I arrived after the tenant left a rosewood table, a water cooler with two brand new water bottles, a heavy duty work bench with attached vise and a large metal cabinet were also gone.
