Dr Michele is wonderful. We drive from Lake Wales to Avon Park to see here, she is so patient with my now 14yo daughter and explains everything to her.

My granddaughter and I have been seeing her for years, and she is by far the best pediatrician I have ever known in my 62 years.. Kind, caring, compassionate, funny and informative.

The female dentist with a short buzz cut hair needs to be checked by HR or whatever corporate bosses she has above her. She gave no referrals came up to me and saw me for less than one minute after I waited in the waiting room for two hours to see her just to tell me oh we don’t do that here you have to find another local dentist that will do your procedure. She has no empathy for her patience from what I can tell. It was kind of hard to get more of a feeling of her because she gave me less than one minute of her time and then moved onto the next. The only thing she was doing was repeating the same thing at least 3 to 4 times that I need to find a local dentist and not being helpful at all. I am never coming back here and I would rather Pull out my own teeth and have this lady take care of me.
