I took my son for his first haircut and it was a great experience, I’m so in love with how his hair came out and the lady who did it was super nice and great! Everything was clean and the lollipops were a life saver in keeping my son still and calm.

Worst experience ever. It was my daughter’s first haircut and what a terrible experience.They are not nice or attentive to the kids, the scissors are not safe for kids, didn’t try to interact with my daughter at all to make her feel more comfortable or at least introduce herself.After the haircut was over I was still trying to calm my baby and they were rushing me to take a picture and print it for the memory, their priorities are not on point.When I asked them to brush the hair out of my daughters neck they gave me a stained towel. I went there for the reviews but turns out it was the biggest mistake. Do not take your kid here.

Sherby was very friendly and nice , she did a very nice hair cut job. I love there service , been coming since my sons first jair cut at coral gables location, its sad they had to close it done but i enjoyed the aventura location.

Took my daughter for a haircut. Asked for just a trim and showed the hairdresser the desired length. She chopped off most of my daughters hair and said that it looks better like that! On top of that, the cut itself is completely uneven.
