I wish they had more stars to give this eye doctor is amazing my and my fiancé from on vacation but I know she really needed a eye appointment they got her right in their and the experience was amazing the people they are great I highly recommend them ?

An awesome place for all your eyewear needs. The service was fast and efficient, and we did not have to wait for too long, despite the busy day. Stephanie especially was a great help. Very polite, stylish and insightful, helped to pick the perfect pair, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

They are very friendly, but when booking an appointment they take to long. They ask for you to find out who is the vision plan company within your insurance ( something that any other optometrist does do). At the end of the day they should find out that information since the insurance companies use the same member Id for health and vision. In my case I have blue cross PPO. In conclusion, they should get the patient information , insurance information, book the appointment and if there is any irregularity call the patient back ..... I was on the phone trying to book an appointment with Rosin eyecare for more than 20 min. The first time I called, same issue they take too long, I called again today, to give them a second chance ...same issue....

Terrible just the worst! The receptionist are great but the office manager needs to be on Medication because she was unruly!! She should not be dealing with customers if she has no customer service experience or for that any compassion for children. I arrived with my 3 children we had 2 appointments, 1 of them we were late for. I asked if she can accommodate us since we were all there. Nobody else was waiting in the office it was just us. She said NO loud and rude and wasn't trying to have any understanding or compassion for a mom just trying to get her kids eye exams done. She walked away and said someone else would have to help me. I couldn't believe her behavior in a professional setting you should never treat a customer, or patient like that. Today this business lost 3 patients because of there representation.

My family and I have been going to Dr Wigdor since 2006. Very professional, courteous and everyone is the office is very attentive. Highly recommend. During the pandemic, I had what I thought was an emergency and he received me even when the office was closed.

This has to be the worst place. I guess since Dr. Wigdor no longer owns the practice he no longer cares. The optician who put her hands near my face to put on the glasses smelled so bad from cigarettes in wanted to throw up. My glasses have to be made wrong. I can't even see properly. I would go back but I am done with them. I'd rather go down the street to another optical.

Was late. Driving like 1,5 hours From far. Drive with 3 kids for eye exam and order glasses for each kid. Didn't take us. Because late. nobody inside. No waiting people. We was alone. And they didn't take us. Worst service

My husband who is 80 got glasses here and they didn't even fit him. When we went back they were rude and said it was his fault for taking them out of the store. Won't be going back here!
