Renee Ricca’s Pilates Center is the kind of space created for instructors and practitioners who genuinely care about preserving the integrity of Pilates and mindful movement. The focus on posture, alignment, and body awareness creates an environment where movement becomes not only physical practice, but a transformative discipline.
I have met incredible instructors here whose knowledge, passion, and dedication deeply inspired me, and I truly cannot wait to continue my journey and complete my certification with them.
Took Renee’s class this week. It was awesome. She teaches 100% classical Pilates. She incorporates Pilates fundamentals into fun exercises sequences. It was so challenging and fun at the same time. She also pays attention to everyone and gives individual corrections. Bonus: she also has a great sense of humor 😆. Come take her class if you love classical Pilates. She’ll make you work hard for sure.
