About JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa
The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa provides beautiful and spacious rooms with stunning views of the golf course. Nearby attractions include Aventura mall, and the resort offers a pleasant environment for walking with sights of ducks, squirrels, and iguanas. The restaurants serve excellent cuisine, including a breakfast buffet and à la carte options. While the children's amenities are spectacular, some guests have noted issues with service. The housekeeping and pool staff have received praise for being friendly and professional. However, the front desk service has faced criticism, particularly regarding delays in room availability and responsiveness. Overall, the resort aims to ensure a refreshing experience, though improvements in certain areas are needed.

The resort itself is great. This was my second stay here and I didn't even know about the massive pool, lazy river, and kids area. I will be bringing the family back.
I want to personally say thank you to Daniel for helping me out in a pinch that was entirely my fault. Great service all around!

The amenities are fantastic, and the water park was a massive hit…it was genuinely fun for all of us and provided hours of entertainment. The accommodations were equally impressive. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect sanctuary to relax after a busy...read full review
I would like to recognize Kentrell for providing a level of service that truly reflects the hospitality and professionalism guests hope to experience at the Turnberry Marriott
I am a private-duty nurse who regularly provides post-operative care for patients staying at this property. I frequently have multiple patients recovering at the hotel, and I often help patients and their families decide where they will stay following surgery. Because of this, the way staff members treat both guests and the healthcare professionals caring for them has a meaningful impact on whether I feel comfortable continuing to recommend the property.
After completing a long shift,...read full review
