No one would ever know thata huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3” collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard.Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor.I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed.Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave.
