Top Ten Nails is a friendly and welcoming nail salon that offers quality manicures and pedicures. Customers appreciate the beautiful nails created by skilled technicians, with some receiving special repairs or fills even close to closing time. The salon provides great massages, and prices are reasonable, such as $52 for a gel pedi and acrylic on big toes. Despite being busy at times with only two workers, staff remain patient and tolerant, handling rude customers professionally. The cozy atmosphere is enhanced by features like a fish tank, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy nail care.
So the man in charge was rude. They over charged me and I had to file my own nails after the gel set cause he sent me on my marry way . So over this place. First time being here and will not be back the prices stated $20 for gel and $22 for gel toes I got that plus got my niece a regular nail and toe with regular nail polish… so how does that add up to $108. Do not waste your money here. This place needs to just shut down already over charging people like they do
For a business to prosper, it needs good customer service, and this man working at the register is rude. He doesn't know how to talk or treat people. They need to improve that.
I hate this nail salon. I've been coming here for years but this will be the last time they get any business from me. I don't recommend anyone coming here. The owners are rude Lisa is rude her husband Lee is rude. They don't listen to their customers. U try to tell them something you don't like and they argue back and forth with you instead of fixing the problem. I dnt recommend anyone going here. Try going to Chic Nails & Spa on Haven Dale i go there to get my nails done cause I refuse to allow Lee to touch me. I only come here for Niem to do my feet but I ended up with Lisa n she did a horrible job n told me nxt time request Niem. I hate this...read full review
