The technian was here for less than 5 min and diagnosed the problem, found the cause and fixed it. Within 10 min my system was up and running again. However, he was not finished. He tested the system to make sure the outputs for both AC and heat were good according to specs. Couldn't hope for better service.

Not the lowest quote I got but they made up for it with their excellent customer service Katina was so helpful she was the reason I chose them. Their installers are friendly and seem to be doing a great job. Thank you Polk air for all of your help.
