Jessica was fabulous at handling the arrangements for my grandfather. The process was so simple, affordable and all around perfect for my family. She went above and beyond, answered all of our questions with ease & respect. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job which is a major plus, especially in a business such as this one where you need someone who truly cares. The facility was clean and comforting. The staff were amazing. Making appointments was simple, and you can call anytime with any questions and will get an answer. Personnel was very professional and very understanding as they helped us to navigate through the planning of saying goodbye to our loved one. They went above expectations. Er are very appreciative of their assistance.
I think they've done a fantastic job with my mother after she passed away they showed up here at the house to pick her up in a timely manner and they made her look beautiful the staff was real helpful everyone done a great job I'm real satisfied with them this is not my first go around with Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home our family has been using them for as long as I can remember.
