After meeting with 3 other companies for an AC repair, Freedom came out and was so detailed, upfront, no pressure and walked us through everything. They showed us all the issues and did not try any scare tatics or upsell us. After talking to our Freedom agent, we moved forward with a full AC unit replacement. The cost was reasonable and the piece of mind is priceless. The installers came the very next day. They were friendly, professional, clean and explained as they went.

Needed Diagnostic of our Daikin fit, It needed finetuning of the program set upset up and correcting of some of the wiring. Airconditioning now working well with low air humidity (had been a significant issue ) Feels much better. Blake is very knowledgeable of the Daikin system .He explained everything well and we are pleased that it now running as it is supposed to. Will use them for maintenance service
