Excellent experience from start to finish. The office was clean, well organized and the staff was welcoming and professional. The ophthalmologist was attentive and patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Moreover, I would like to acknowledge Gercie who kindly expedited my glasses after I shared my situation. She provided exceptional support and truly went above and beyond to assist me. She is a valuable team member and deserves recognition honestly a raise and bonus would be well deserved. My prescription was accurate and my vision has improved significantly.
