Getting someone to answer the phone is beyond ridiculous(currently on hold 5+minutes), called yesterday too and used the callback option…no callback. I need my authorization for testing with my cardiologist and the cardiologist staff has been calling as well. DO BETTER CMG!

My wife and I go to this facility for our medical needs, I'm pleased to say that they're a great Clinic. My Dr. Edda Tortolero is a great Dr. She tends to our every need, and the nurses Amanda and Janice are very good at what they do. Thank Community Medical Group for your excellent service.

The worst of all clinics I have been to. I was already inside the treatment room but I have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. On my first visit, an NP saw me and asked if I get tired.. casually I said yes. To my surprise I had a diagnosis of chronic fatigue? Seriously, FYI I am also in healthcare. Getting a referral changed to a specialist takes a long time. Why it takes forever when you only have to change the name of the specialist in the referral form and the insurance already approved it? Is the delay necessary? By the time you see a specialist , the condition gets worse. I hope they also use their common sense. I regretted going to this clinic. Dr. Harlow was great! Very thorough and communicative! She even laughed with us which was pretty important and calming for my 8 year old. The lady at the front desk, Damaris was very friendly and helpful with the next steps to be taken for my son’s health. Definitely recommend Dr Harlow!
