Extremely happy. I was referred by a neighbor and I can see why. I called and they scheduled me for a new hot water tank on my preferred day. The installers were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Didn’t try and sell me the latest and greatest. Quote was exact what the said it was over the phone. They showed up on time. 100% would hire again.
Steeg is the best plumbing company that I've used. The guys are super knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and efficient. They've switched out faucets, RO units, garbage disposal, hose fittings, etc. They fixed a problem on a faucet so quickly that Donovan couldn't figure out in over an hour. They will be the only plumbers we use.
Having been a homeowner in Jacksonville for 24 years, We have had multiple plumbers do work on our house. Steeg is by far The most Honest, has the best Customer Service and is the Fairest price plumber we have EVER used!
Here's my experience:
1030 called about a 10 year water heater that I needed to have replaced. Jim said they could maybe be out later today, if not definitely tomorrow. Steeg Plumbing was at our house today at 3:00 done by 4 and $700 cheaper than the other companies that couldn't come out until next week!
I WILL BE USING STEEG FOR ALL MY FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS!
