From the moment I made the phone call to Advantage they were absolutely so nice and took the time to listen to me and Todd got someone out ASAP. Devon showed up and was so nice and professional. He talked to my kids, my dog it was like having a family member or someone I’ve known for years come over. Lester from Advantage plumbing was awesome! He came out to my property today to look at a broken spigot. He was so patient and kind, because i rent he had to contact my property management while also being attentive to me and keeping me in the loop. He fixed our problem and educated me through the process. His hard work and respectful attitude doesn't go unnoticed.
Price was bit high I thought. Left small mess. Other than that seems good so far. They installed new water heater & put new gasket in a toilet. I said so far because I sensed not correct, toilet still leaking & supposed to be here- no call or anything....Cody stopped by said toilet is fine...Lester came today June 4th and fixed my toilet issue. He was friendly, quick and efficient, it was a pleasure to have such a nice worker in my home.
