I’ve been going here for a few years, although I wish they would upgrade the equipment it’s a fine gym. I recently started taking my baby to kids klub and the girl working there, Kayla, is very sweet and good with the kids. My only suggestion is with the amount of kids at this location there needs to be 2 attendants on duty, for the safety of the children.

I’ve been working out for years and today I met with Isaac with Grip and he spent time to find out my needs and wants towards my over all goals. I felt more burn in the 20 minutes we were together than the 2hrs I spend on my own. If you stop in you should give him a try. Thank you Isaac!

This is a pretty pleasant gym overall. There’s a good range of equipment and it’s laid out with adequate space. They’ve cleaned up some of the atrocious stained carpet areas - thank you - and they appear to be wiping the mats a bit more frequently such that you’re not smelling someone else’s feet. Basketball court is well maintained. The pool is reasonably well maintained, although the tile at the edges does suggest that you wear some kind of slipper.
However, the hot spa is still very erratically maintained and often just too filthy to enter. Furthermore, it seems that management doesn’t read their messages or their reviews because... read full review
