I have had American Well servicing my well pump and irrigation system for years and they have done it all—rejiggered my watering zones, fixed broken pipes, found buried pop-up heads, installed a new timer, and replaced the pump. Their prices are more than fair, their technicians are polite and good at their jobs, and Michelle in the front office has occasionally moved heaven and earth to squeeze me in when I’m having an emergency. These are the people you want working on getting water out of the ground and onto your lawn.
Chuck and Zach came within hours of my calling, due to a previous job finishing up early. I was ecstatic! Even happier after they resolved my broken sprinkler system. Very pleased. Many years experience made them very knowledgable.
They worked me in early since they were nearby. Chuck was great.
We are new owners and he was so helpful and knew a lot about the history of our property, the well & irrigation.
