This company is just impressive from start to finish. Problems diagnosed efficiently, turnaround for repairs very fast, very reasonably priced, excellent quality of finished work, respectful employees. The best experience we’ve had with a plumber to date! Will only use Kempton from now on.
I had two toilets and two showers regurgitating water and it was a disaster. Mike came out around 6:15pm and after a lot of hard work, was able to clear my blockage. He was professional, kind, and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this business. 10/10 customer service.
Fast service, easy to schedule, job completed as expected. I was unable to determine the type of cartridges my sinks needed so they even sent someone out before the actual appointment to check first for free. A year later when I had another problem they were able to look up the order and tell me what the part number was so I could handle another problem with a different sink myself.
