First, I 'd like to say that we have been using this company for over 10 years and have been satisfied with the service. Tammy, who cleans the pool is the BEST, she truly loves what she does and always makes time for us and also bring treats for our dog, we are going to miss her the most. Rhonda in the office has always been easy to work with and very kind, Henry has been polite and helpful as well. We recently had the pool pump replaced and was charged nearly $600, I found this odd so I googled the products. The pump that we were charged $350, sells for $215 max online, the faceplate that the installer broke that we didn't agree to purchase sells for $60 online and we were charged $100, we were then charged $75 for labor and a few other minor O ring etc. charges. I fully understand that businesses have to make money and we do everything we can to support local businesses before we have to use big box- however price gouging is unacceptable to us, especially when we have been on time paying customers for such a long time. We are not expecting discounts but we do expect to be treating fair and equitable and with these prices I am confident this is an over reach. We are struggling with our decision to leave the company as we truly do love Tammy and how much she cares for our pool and she is just a naturally kind human being. We are also waiting to learn how Henry is going to handle this situation, as we have not received any call-back from him yet. Make sure you check your invoices and if possible, purchase your own products and ask if they will install them is the only solution I can think of right now.

I did my research and saw the good reviews about pool connection so I hired them to do my above ground pool after many attempts and me being VERY patient with them my pool is still not done correctly they started over two months ago and it's still not done correctly very poor employees need constant supervision would DEFINITELY not recommend this company to anyone

Can't say enough good about Henry and his staff! We bought a house with a pool so dark green we thought it was a lost cause. It was full of tadpoles and probably other things too! They came out, emptied it and acid washed it and it looks like new. Henry has also been VERY helpful with any other questions we've had about any other contractors in Desoto county.
