We didn't hire Roedell's Landscaping, but I still wanted to leave a positive note. One of their team members accidentally called me, and at first my wife and I thought it might have been something arranged by our landlord. Even though it turned out to be a wrong number, the gentleman was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while we sorted out the confusion. When I called back to clarify, he handled it with humor and professionalism, and we both ended up laughing about it. That kind of genuine, respectful interaction says a lot about a company's character, even outside of a job.

Exceptional service and product quality at a fair price. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable and very resourceful when I needed a rush order. Even their delivery driver was a pleasure to work with.

We called Roedell's when we were in need of broken up concrete for a project. Tasha was SO NICE and helped me out quickly. She kept me aware of every step and I SO appreciate her. Then when it was delivery day, Randy called me on the morning and I had a change on my order due to some complications. He was SO understanding and assured me it was okay and he worked with me to move my delivery to the end if the day. Tasha called on her vacation to make sure everything was okay. This company is AMAZING and I cannot sing their praises enough. Randy dropped the broken up concrete and had a smile on his face.
