Rob is an extremely knowledgeable trainer for both body and mind. Not only showing the movements, but explaining the physiology of them. He's also outstanding at motivating you to excel.
My teenage son and I have been working with Coach Rob for over a year. We have both gotten stronger and have learned how to exercise properly and prevent injuries. Rob has provided sound nutritional advice as well.
Rob is an exceptional personal trainer who brings tremendous energy and expertise to every session. His ability to push clients to their absolute limits is truly remarkable. Rob tailors workouts to based on your goals and has the experience to work around injuries with creative and effective solutions. Rob has a great attitude his enthusiasm is contagious, making even the toughest workouts enjoyable. Simply put, Rob is the best trainer I've known in 30+years in and around the gym.
