The visit was quick. However the last portion of the visit could've went smoother. Daniella needs more help fitting people for their glasses. In addition she needs to reveal what a person insurance covers prior to asking them to choose a pair of glasses. The tactic she used was just pick out some glasses and then we can discuss prices. That was a trick in favor of the eye institute. Once she told me what the insurance covered I had to ask her about the glasses that were in my price range. Trying to contact this place by phone is practically impossible. I've been trying for 2 days to contact them and all I get is endless music and the lady with a British accent telling me how special and important I am. I have given up and made an appointment at another place. I wanted to stay here since they have my reccords but it's not worth the aggravation. Overall it's probably a good decision. Their office is like a cattle ranch. Full waiting room, herding you from room to room then out the door. I had no problem making an appointment at essential eye Care and optical which is practically across the street. I will leave a review for them after my visit.
