If i could leave a 0 I would. This place guaranteed same day delivery the day I ordered the flower for my wife on December 10 2023. I paid $108 for flower and chocolate. She never received anything. I wake up to emails today December 13 2023 saying flower were delivered. Your guys are a complete scam. I want a full refund to my order. I emailed and called leaving voicemails and it goes straight to a voicemail. My emails get sent back as it’s not a valid email. I will be reporting your license number to BBB. DO not! order from them read all the reviews 1st. This is not the 1st time it happens. Multiple people have had the same issue. I will also reporting you to the cops!

I feel like I'm have been scammed by a Lovingly Florist located in Apopka Florida. Their name is GARDEN OF EDEN Florist 807 Orange Blossom Trail. I placed an order on Dec 11 2023 to be delivered today Dec 12 When nothing arrived I've found out the business is CLOSED. They have my cc and $50.74. I'm very upset as this website should be taken down. I definitely feel like I've been SCAMMED. Do not place an order on their bogus website

DONT ORDER FROM HERE-FRAUDULENT BUSINESS-Ordered from this florist via FTD online. Flowers were never delivered. I called, the person who answered told me to deal w FTD & hung up on me. FTD confirmed the order went through to the florist & told me to deal with her. Now she doesn’t answer, call goes to a generic vcml & the mailbox is full. The other number on their website has been disconnected. FTD says 3-5 days to investigate. This florist is a scam artist!

Great experience ordering a Valentine’s day arrangement. The whole process was very easy. The flowers were fresh and arrived on time. Definitely recommend.

I have ordered from this florist a few times over the past 2 years and I must say I was never disappointed. I got a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday and a huge and gorgeous last minute spray for her casket when she passed last June. I recently ordered a bouquet for a neighbor and as usual it was so beautiful she thanked me upon receipt and again the next day saying how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. I too have had issues with other florists not delivering and when I asked the owner for assurance of delivery because of past experiences with other florists, she assured me that because I contacted her directly it would be done and delivered and it was. She explained that some florists had issues with the third party who accumulates and dispatches the orders. So my advice is to follow up with the actual florist to ensure your order was received and in a timely manner for delivery.
