Ken and his team did a great job replacing my AC system! I was given the options on what could be installed, all of my questions were patiently answered, and I was not pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I was kept informed on the status of parts on order. The team arrived on time to start the job. When the installation was complete I was given operating and care instructions, and everything was left clean.
