He showed up on time, was extremely friendly, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The carpets look absolutely amazing — cleaner and fresher than I imagined they could be. You can tell Alexander really takes pride in his work and cares about making sure his customers are happy. My wife suffers from multiple chemical sensitivities and allergies. Also fragrances. This Devine Care Cleaning company were able to clean the Rug and we were able to move into our rented apt. on a third floor. But the reason for this review is about how they handle this delicate situation. With the outmost interest, concern and kindness they researched and found a solution. Thank you and special thanks to Jesus who did all the hard work. May God bless companies that care to serve the public.

Alex, just finished my floors. When I tell you it wasn't even ten minutes. My carpet looks amazing! He was very professional, respectful, and quick. Amazing service from you. I appreciate it! It doesn't even look like it was really black. I should've taken a before, but I didn't even think about it.
