We absolutely love our Doctor Hazel. My daughter always looks forward to seeing her, which says so much about the trust and comfort she creates with her patients. She is gentle during exams, especially ear checks, takes the time to listen, thoroughly assess concerns, and discuss the best treatment options without ever making us feel rushed.Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care are the reason I don't mind making a long drive just so my daughter can be seen by her.

We had a great experience! Hazel the provider was so sweet, kind, and gentle with my children. We always call and make sure she is there before we come. We love coming to this urgent care!
Drove her from Lakeland with a referral from my sons pediatrician for Hematology app. And met with a doctor and was given a referral to go to labcorp. I was told the place to do the testing hours are crazy. Soooo what was the point of driving out here ?
