Jonathan did a great job! The company was very responsible, they called me the day before to confirm my appointment and the day after to make sure I was satisfied with the result. They showed up on time and got the job done within the timeframe they gave me. My dog tore the carpet in 9 different spots and they fixed all of them making the carpet look brand new!I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this company maybe 3 times to clean the carpet in my apartment and this time a very professional, friendly and detailed technician arrived, I have been very pleased with his service, I recommend that you ask for him, his name is Bryan. Thanks for his excellent work.

I have used them for several years. You always get a block of time for your appointment. The techs are very good about showing up within that window and will call to let you know they're on their way, if requested. They have great customer service, are very cordial and respectful of your home and have always done exactly what I've asked. My only concern is that, it does seem to take about one to two days for the carpet to completely dry. I will use them again.
