I appreciate Randy. He was up front on cost & service, and set realistic expectations. His prices are reasonable and he repaired a GE oven that another company told me wasn't worth repairing; he saved me $2115! I need someone like this for my car. DEFINITELY call him. He is what the industry needs.
Originally called another Appliance Repair Company and wasn't satisfied with their diagnosis. They told me part needed was no longer manufactured and to buy a new refrigerator. I called Randy for a second opinion and I couldn't be happier. He quickly found the part that was faulty and had to order a new replacement part for my Refrigerator. Within 3 days and around a $200 repair I saved the cost of a new Refrigerator. The part by the way was not even the piece that the other company diagnosed as being faulty.
