Just started with this company and I have no complaints. Courteous, professional and friendly. Arrived on time. Explained everything and took pictures so I could see what was done. Hassine was very thorough cleaning and checking everything in my AC unit. Highly recommend ?
Wow! I have a new A/C company. Remo came out and diagnosed my problem right away and got me up and running quickly. The price was great, too. He was super kind, professional and informative and I appreciated his expertise so much. His work was spectacular and no short cuts like the last company I had! Don’t look anywhere else! Ask for Remo! He’s awesome!
Emergency because shut off inside was tilted up and water had been draining on floor for 4 days. Coincidentally started the night of a big storm. I thought it was somehow related to other roof leaks. Called ACR on Sunday for emergency. Jonathan came out in less than an hour and solved it was a shut off problem. He he was very nice, showed and explained the problem.. He also flushed the drain. I wish I had known it was not a roof problem and had called sooner.
