Land & Sea Masters built our eco-pile dock about 3 years ago at our home on Tampa Bay. Since then, we have had several tropical storms and hurricanes pass by with significant wind and storm surge. The most recent was Helene which brought a 9.5 ft storm surge to our area. Many older docks were completely destroyed or damaged. Our dock was totally unharmed in spite of being completely submerged for several hours AND being hit by our neighbor's massive floating dock which had come loose. We had Land & Sea put in a new 165 ft of seawall & a new dock. Joe & Bob came out & we discussed the 165ft seawall & the dock in-depth, which was followed up with a detailed estimate . Throughout the job we were in contact with Joe , Bob , & the crew almost daily, they answered all our questions. Both the seawall & dock look great & are very well built! The dock is much bigger than our previous one, with a walk around, a lift & metal roof. They came out better than imagined! Exceptional workmanship! We would recommend Land & Sea to anyone!
