It took over an hour before I sat in the chair but the pedicure took maybe 15 minutes, fastest/worst pedicure every! I will NEVER go back, not sure if the older lady was rushing or not!

I had hoped for a soothing, relaxing nail spa day, but what I received was distressingly different. During my manicure, the technician displayed an incredibly rushed and rough approach.Rather than providing the gentle, attentive care I was expecting, their haste resulted in me suffering three separate cuts. In addition to this, the atmosphere lacked the warmth and friendliness that I expect from a professional salon.Instead of leaving the salon feeling pampered and reinvigorated, I was left with feelings of anxiety and unease, my relaxation thoroughly disrupted.Despite this negative experience, I believe in providing constructive feedback, not just criticism. I had a great experience with Diva Nails. My actual nail had cracked and my tip on top was pulling at it, so I was in a lot of pain and couldn't make it to my normal nail salon. I didn't have an appointment and was seen right away. Kim helped me with a fill and a design. I showed her a photo and said I wanted something similar. Kim asked me my preference between glitter and foil and explained which she would use and why. She then gave me a recommendation between using nude pink vs clear, because over time the clear will yellow. I loved how she provided me with input but also put a personal spin on the final product.
