I have known John since I was 13 years old because he used to train my father. I was competitively involved in soccer for my entire life and my dad had suggested that I ask john if he could help me with my strength in conditioning throughout high school, in hopes of one day playing in college. John completely changed my life and my attitude towards fitness and health.
