Greg and Mr. Greg were very helpful at getting my husband and I started at the gym. It’s conveniently located, always clean and has everything we need in the way of equipment. As Silver Sneakers members it’s a great fit for us.

Great vibes in the gym! Not too packed, where you're fighting or waiting too long to use equipment. Trainers and Gym Manager are knowledgeable and will push you to help you reach you goals!

We just became members since we were going there to attend Zumba. However we have to go to Colorado for a family emergency & don't kniw when we will be returning so we bought ine way tickets.
