After trying unsuccessfully to loose weight on my own I made an appointment with Joanne and she has helped me lose nearly 30 lbs in 4 months and 5 inches off my waist and hips each. Being only 5'3" this is a significant amount. Joanne has made this an easy journey with her positive attitude, meal guides, and helpful suggestions. I'm very happy I decided to do this. It has made me feel and look like a new person. If you've been thinking about doing this I would definately take the plunge!! Joanne is very knowledgeable, and the cost is reasonable. It's worth every cent.

My goal is to loss another 20-25 lbs but so far I have been doing great and seeing results. I cant stress enough how much Joanne has helped with what to do and not to do, most importantly keeping me on track. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her and the apollo beach location for sure!

I can’t say enough about Joanne she is the Best!! Shes always positive and greets me with a smile. Losing weight is sometimes hard but Joanne makes it easy She is passionate and knowledgeable about her job and it shows. It’s like having your own cheerleader she is there to support you in your weight loss journey The recipe box in the waiting room is always full of new recipes which makes it easy.
