I had a great time at the Saturday morning pergola beachside yoga! Cindy was an excellent instructor and invited us to challenge ourselves physically and mentally. I would highly recommend this experience!

We booked Cindy for an in-home private poolside yoga class for 5 of us while visiting AMI. It was truly a highlight of our vacation. Cindy led a beautiful class, specifically catered to our needs. My only wish was that we could have stayed longer so I could have attended another one of her classes - one was not enough! Thank you for adding another beautiful memory to our vacation.

We took a gentle yoga class with Cindy during our girls weekend in A.M.I. What a treat! Her class was rejuvenating and a wonderful way to start off the new year. We highly recommend and Cindy is just so lovely.
