Great spa experience overall! The services were excellent, and the setting was beautiful and relaxing. Just a heads-up: if you’re planning to use the amenities, they’re located at a different (but walkable) location. However, the shuttle is only available to overnight guests, which was a bit of a letdown. Aside from that small hiccup, we had a wonderful afternoon and would definitely return.
A group of 16 golfers stayed in the villas for a golf weekend. The staff at this place couldn't be nicer or more efficient. Tom and Kinnon as concierges worked with us to set up dinners which worked out great. They go above and beyond to take care of us. Denise (sp?) and Raydine (sp?) at the Falcon's Nest restaurant were amazingly helpful on a very busy night. They were super accommodating and friendly. We were all super impressed. Love this place and their staff.
I booked a lemon verbena body polish and it was fantastic ? nice water fountain in waiting area with an oriental garden to view while waiting for service along with infused water and sell products as well
