“I can’t say enough GREAT things about this vet practice and especially Dr. Nicole. This was our 1st visit with our new puppy Cocoa and she spent so much time with the exam, giving me puppy training tips and walking me through the next course of action with vaccines, visits. She truly cares about the pets that come in and takes so much time explaining. Our pup was not herself after the vaccine and Dr. Nicole called us back right away and had us come up there after hours so she could check her out. We were blown away at this kind gesture and truly meant so much to us that she didn’t just send us to an after hours vet that would cost and arm and a leg but met us at the office to evaluate her and make sure Cocoa was alright. If I could give this practice 10 star review .. I would. Thank you Forest City Vet and Dr. Nicole for your outstanding service and care.“

From our first consult it was clear that she is extremely knowledgeable about this specific type of case and has performed many similar surgeries over the years. The techs were absolutely phenomenal and they made us feel like their most important patient at every visit. Even more impressive is seeing how comfortable my cat is there. They spoil her with Churus and she didn’t even want to go home after her suture removal! I will be recommending them to every cat owner I know.“

“Dr. Matagrano and her staff are exceptional!

We have been taking our kittens to Westmonte Animal Clinic since we adopted them two and three years ago, and our experiences here have never been anything short of excellent. Dr. Matagrano is always so patient and friendly with us and with our kittens. The receptionist and veterinary techs are also always so warm and welcoming. Everyone we have encountered here has been great with our kittens. Also, the facility is always so clean and well maintained.
