I came in the other week and was greeted by a Tatcha team member, They had some sort of event going on, but she recommended Me a product that she SWORE by and I’ve just come back to say that it absolutely healed my skin and she’s a godsend I cannot thank her enough

TLTR: I had a service that was cancelled due to poor communication and the store did a great job of making everything right in the end. I want to preface this post by saying I’m not crazy but I do really enjoy good customer service and a company that can fix their wrongdoing. That being said, I had made a make up service appointment 2 months ahead for my very good friends wedding. After making that appointment, I would often call to confirm that it could occur on the date and time I chose and needed. My favorite experience is every interaction with their Clinique Representative, Michael. I have seen him be sweet, kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive with everyone he talks to. When it was my turn for a consultation he gave me the same treatment.
The store is lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and willing as he is and I hope they appreciate him greatly.
Thanks to him, I have been their customer for the past year and a half, and his good character has always been the same during all that time with everyone he's around.
