I have some lower back and neck/shoulder issues. Kenna is super knowledgeable on anatomy and explains exactly what she is doing and what muscles are causing the issue. I also love that she has several different options from reasonably priced flexible memberships to super affordable single sessions. I am a lifter and so is she so it's great to have someone understand those mechanics and that it's not something that I have to give up. 10/10
Excellent! I'll definitely be back. She does a great job zeroing in on the sore parts that need to be worked out. And I greatly appreciate her having the tools and experience to work around my surgical incisions.
