but the sales office when we booked rhe initial service, misled us thinking that we would have to be out of the house and the pets would have to be out of the house for a couple hours and that wasn't the service we got it's not the technician's fault it was a sales office that misled us“

“I have not used this company, but this morning, 7/21/23, there was a cone blocking the way on highway 27 around 8 am. A gentleman working for Pro Tek Services got out of his vehicle in a different lane to move the cone blocking my lane. Although I haven’t used them yet, I intend to in the future because it shows that they have good people on their team who are willing to go out of their way help others. High fives to the guy who did this!“
