Paradise Pools by Design did a wonderful job from start to finish on our pool build. Jason’s design was beautiful—he maximized the space we had, truly listened to what we wanted, and was patient and informative as we made our selections.
Throughout the build, Vince was meticulous with every step, efficient with scheduling, and consistently checked in with us. He made himself available at any time, which gave us a lot of confidence during the process.
At the finish, Matt, the operations manager, made sure we understood how to use the app, care for the pool, and had everything we needed to enjoy it right away.

From the initial consultation through the multiple steps that were taken in order to build and design our own paradise pool in our backyard the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Paradise Pools by design. The staff and Craftsman were very attentive to every detail and we really appreciate that.
Connected with Matt and his team in the Fall of 2023 for a 30 year old pool conversion (saline) and complete renovation with heat pump. They have been great and timely. Would use them again. My mother came over on Easter (2024) and swam with my son for the first time and she complimented how beautiful the finished project presented.
